Cons

Incredibly dull work environment. Poor morale due to a lack of clear direction. Constant organizational changes made doing business internally feel like a guessing game of "Who does this now?"

I have had an opportunity to work with some of the smartest, most caring and dedicated people I know. The employees at AT&T care about the company, their work and each other. AT&T fosters an environment of inclusion, development and genuine loyalty to the company brand.

Cons

With a company as large as this, when it is time to costs sometime those cuts occur at the employee level without regard for individual lives.
