Pros

When it was DTV only: DTV felt and acted like a small company. Decisions could be made quickly and turnaround times for project completions were head spinning. Exciting environment, cutting edge technology.

Cons

AT&T brought their bureaucratic culture with them. Decisions required more people, making it difficult to change at moments notice in a dynamic industry. Quarterly layoffs became the norm and promotional opportunities disappeared.
