Pros

Helps propel you for an actual good role in sales. Use this role as experience, then get out.

Cons

In this program, they put you through a two week crash course of their portfolio. Then the next month you are on “ quota” with very little training. They want you to hit at least 65 cold calls a day, with very little support. However sales is a numbers game, this program is not designed for “ development” it is designed for AT&T to turn and burn as many new grads as they can to sell fiber and cell phone plans to create profit.

Pros

Learned the whole sales cycle, got to work with other new grads,

Cons

Thrown right into cold calling the first week with no product knowledge, barely even ended up teaching it so you have to learn on your own. Unrealistic quotas that caused a lot of turnover within the program. Lots of people get either let go or resign, many also did not get put in the field location they preferred.
