Pros

training sessions to learn product knowledge, how to prospect, and internal websites taught by previous graduates of the program.

Cons

with many people coming in without sales experience you're learning ALOT to "prepare" you for the field. this leads to a sink or swim environment more than a chance to be trained and developed. You will see people get fired and encouraged to quit rather than guided toward successfully graduating to the field

Pros

This program truly helped cultivate my sales abilities. The training provided a solid foundation in sales techniques. I gained valuable experience and knowledge throughout the duration of the program. It offered a supportive environment for learning and growth. I highly recommend this program to anyone seeking to develop their sales skills right out of college.

Cons

Very autonomous and that can be a good thing depending on what's good for you. Many hours outside of work required to succeed. Lots of relocating.
