Pros

Extremely Affordable Corporate housing (feels like living in a college dorm again in terms of the community aspect), sales training, fast development of a full sales cycle, great company and sales program on your resume, a great network of co-works both in and outside your department. Great opportunity for career growth. You make the best out of it at the end of the day.

Cons

Some of the managers aren't the best (fortunately none of mine) but that's expected at any company. I would also say it's also a con l if you don't know what you are getting into (cold calling) for the job role.

Pros

Learned great sales techniques. The culture and your peers are by far the best part of the program. I also learned useful skills outside of the sales cycle that helped me become a better employee overall.

Cons

The stack ranking between your cohort to be able to pick where you want to go, builds a system of cheating your way to the top rather than truly understanding the products, systems, and the sales cycle.
