Pros

-You definitely get what you put into the program (Work hard, take the job seriously, and ask a lot of questions and you will do great) -Very affordable housing with free food (3 meals a day Mon-Fri.) (2 min. walk to work if you take advantage of the housing) -Solid base with good commission pay -Great community feel with coworkers and within your specific team -Have a lot of resources to gain knowledge and experience in sales (can ask your manager, peers, technical overlay, trainers, or other managers for help and tips) -A lot of training the first month or two -Fun, competitive environment working alongside people around the same age as you

Cons

-Sales isn’t for everyone (competitive environment where results matter) - Sometimes patience is required due to issues that can come up with orders (customer service, billing issues, shipping delays etc.) -Program is in Irving, TX for 5-7 months and then you have to relocate either to Dallas or any other region in the US that you would like to be in.
