Pros

- Nice office in the center of the city

Cons

The B2B Sales Development Program at AT&T is a highly unprofessional program where: - 60+% of people will be put on a “PEP” (PIP) within the first 30-60 days of the 4 month program. - If you ask why you are placed on a PEP, as I did, you will find that they are not able to articulate why you are on a PEP. - 25+% of people will either be fired or quit by the end of the program. Maybe even more. - You will be pressured to make sales from day one, or, at the very least, pressured to meet largely arbitrary (made up) activity metrics. - You will receive little to no training on how to actually do your job. - People are rude and disrespectful I don’t recommend working here.
