Pros

You become closer with the people in your cohort. And this is a challenging position that forces you to grow a lot.

Cons

About half the cohort drops off - either quitting or fired within the 4 months, and then the majority leave after the program. The program is always changing (they are trying to improve) so theres no consistency.
