Good first job, but move on quickly.

Cons

Good experience, horrible management. Managers disappear for hours, leaving you with empty promises. Customer service is a wreck for employees, when it comes to solving a problem for your customer. They will relocate you to wherever they need a position filled, this causes high turnover rates in the program.
