Pros

Nothing good to say about AT&T Bratislava

Cons

First- do not accept any relocation bonus (in case you want to relocate)- they will terminate you during the probation period( they will find a reason to do so) and after- they will ask you to pay back the relocation bonus+ some extra expenses ( like meal vouchers or holidays). Mangers will always stay on your back, make you listen to some crappy calls, and least but not least- good people were terminated because of accents( Arabic, African, Eastern European) , under the mask of diversity and acceptance...

RTO Lay Offs Abound

Pros

The employees work really hard and suppport one another. The benefits are good. The pay is average.

Cons

Executive leadership does not care about its employees or customers. They care about their compensation package. C-Suite can make bad decisions and no one is accountable (T-Mobile merger cancellation $4B cost, merger after merger with no value add - DirectTV, Time Warner). Now the latest gimmick is to surplus employees by saying it's an RTO strategy. Requiring employees to move to other states without relocation funds or making employees commute to other states 3 days a week on their own dime. Stankey and Legg repeatedly saying, "if you don't like it then leave". CoS Laforge's lack of sympathy during a town hall where folks were losing their jobs and her response to the questions was, "blah blah blah". So if you want to work with people that feel that way about their employees, then yes this company is the place for you!

Pros

Uncapped commission Fame points (money)

Cons

Union; you’ll never get weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) off as a new hire unless the people that’s been in the store for longer than you quit. TIME POINTS; a true nightmare. You have 10 min grace period to get to work but if you take 11 min, they add 2 hours to an app that measures your time/schedule. If you reach 36 hours in 6 months you’re fired. Hours reset every 6 months BUT have in mind that being a new hire means you cannot request days off so just by calling out 2 days that’s 16 hours. Very annoying. Be on time. Depending on the manager it could be a nightmare. I did have great managers and I was always top 3 seller so I never had any issues or those “talks” in the office about how poorly you’re doing. If you’re NOT a sales person, just don’t apply here Only 2 schedules available
