      Pros

      I love the job that I had to do. I am a hands on person and rather be out in the field than to be sitting in front of a computer all day. .

      Cons

      Some of the managers would rather hurt you than help which is sad but true.

      Good benefits and pay for tenured employees.

      Cons

      Promotions are not based on your abilities. Inability to transfer to another region when I became engaged, management and union would not assist, so I had to quit after working there 20+ years.

      Pros

      The people I worked with were great ... my peers, my team etc. There was a time when the pay was good. The benefits for leadership was fairly good ... not so much any more.

      Cons

      Senior leadership is horrible and crooked especially in Central Florida. IF you aren't part of the boys club well you aren't going anywhere. The benefits for families it beyond terrible. Absolutely no work ./ life balance. Constantly sending out surveys of how to improve then SENIOR leadership doesn't do anything about the survey . Preaches how much they care about employees... everyone in the company is a "TEMP" you are just a number and disposable at any time. One of the worst leadership experiences of my career and more fire drills on a daily basis then necessary. The talk of coaching and developing is just that talk. Great words but no actions.
