Pros

Good hourly plus commission job. Great benefits. Great brand name.

Cons

Retail hours, commission pay out structure gets redone twice a year to put money back in company's pocket. If you have to a fee for a failed buyout (tmobile) don't make he employess pay for the millions in that fee. work holidays but you get holiday pay. have become too aggressive sales rep wise. I took my daughter into upgrade her phone and the pushy sales rep made my daughter want to leave, I was just about to tell the rep to go back off! Unpleasant. Trying to sell my daughter something she didn't want! I'm glad I was there.

Pros

Pay and benefits were very good. If you had seniority you could usually pull your requested shift. I loved the early hrs and my peers.

Cons

Closed we were laid off. No sick days per say, but if on disability they paid your full pay from day one

Good Company but

Pros

Great commission and starting hourly pay. If you like sales, and wireless telecommunications, then this is a great company to work for. I worked for an authorized retailer not a corporate location.

Cons

As with ALL wireless companies, they are not very LOYAL to their employees. If you miss sales quota once or twice you're pretty much gone, and even if you do your best and excel at your quotas, they can find ANY LITTLE reason to fire you at will. I have worked for three wireless companies in the past and was "let go" for stupid little things, but the real reason was just to let me go because I had hit the maximum hourly pay, and for them it's cheaper to start over than to keep paying their experienced workers more hourly wages.
