Pros

Benefits, good pay, incentives, paid vacations, paid flex days, and some holidays.

Cons

The CUSTOMERS, very strict on attendance, deviations, very strict on the amount of calls you take and how long it takes you to handle the call, TOO MUCH STRESS!!

Pros

awesome co-workers thats about it

Cons

They treat you like an animal. i have been in the wireless industry for 13 years ans i have NEVER worked for a company like ATT. The pay is HORRIBLE they district manager is all about him self he does not care about ANYONE but him self. take it from me that i have been in wireless for a long time. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. God forbid you get sick. if you call off because your sick you get a point witch when you get 7 youre fired. I have never quit a job but I could not handle it any more so I ended my relationship with the quickly.......
