Pros

The colleagues. The people you work with are decent, honest hardworking people. That's it.

Cons

The atmosphere is oppressive and becoming increasingly so. Arrogant and obnoxious managers who seem to be more obsessed with watching their staff than running a supermarket. Treated like children. Don't stand by contractual agreements and lie, (see you in court) Asda. This might just be my experience of the store I work in (Harpurhey, Manchester).

Pros

Cons

Hurt doing the job. Made to feel like I was stealing from the company. Had to go through occupational health and an assessment interview to see whether I would keep the job, if was treated like a disciplinary hearing and I felt hounded out. So much so that three days later I walked put mid shift and never returned.
