Pros

Great colleagues, 10% discount card, double discount at Christmas, yearly bonus depending on store performance.

Cons

Gone downhill in the past few years, more and more work piled on top of colleagues. Threatened within the sack constantly if targets not met. Night shift is the worst, depleted staff levels, no communication, ignored and abused! Management are lazy, they have their favourite members of staff, lucky them! One of the managers enjoys sleeping with as many staff as possible, whilst planning his wedding!

Pros

Overtime available, Flexible shifts, Move departments and learn new skills, always busy

Cons

Management always want more, progression blocked if not liked, top managers only look at figures from previous year so always a year out of date in amount of staff needed for the job ie home shopping
