Shift days are set. Generally most staff are easy to get on with

Cons

Will work you to death with very little break time. Home shopping is extremely hard work and very physically demanding. Management would call us in at 3am when my shift was meant to start at 6am. We would still be on the shop floor at midday and sometimes there until 3pm. Working a 12/13 hour shift with one 20min rest break and one 10min drink break is not acceptable. People were off sick due to injury and regularly attending physio

Low rates, no promotion and when you're applying for office jobs they preferred whites.
