Pros

Good people and general atmosphere in the store, readily available overtime, opportunities to progress on to management through training schemes

Cons

Contracted hours not very open to change, regular understaffing meaning that large areas of the store can be left to just one person if no other colleagues are in on the department

Progression you have lots of opportunities to progress if you want to. And get to travel and experience the shareholders event in America

Having to work weekends and one shift and the hours that work can be unsociable. Better pay would keep the current mangers their

Get to meet lots of people in a fairly laid back environment. No real stress involved in the job unless you work your way up.

Cons

Some of the managers were poor organisers meaning sometimes rotas weren't posted until the day before and booked holiday was forgotten.
