Pros

The staff are always friendly with a smile on their face and they're always happy to help. Also the management are very understanding if you ever have a problem.

Cons

They could be a little more flexible with the hours that they allocate to people and also how the overtime hours can change rapidly from week to week.

Pros

The job itself is okay, nothing too hot about stacking shelves, making pizza and queue-busting. There's not one colleague there who I don't like working with. Fresh Manager's awesome. Generally looked after well.

Cons

We're no longer allowed to take lunch with people on the same department - yet all the management go for breakfast at 10am every morning. Our General Store Manager has no idea how the shop floor runs because she was a George manager. People can't be hired due to budgeting reasons. Staff's hours are being cut and holidays are forced to be taken due to overspending, but then they realise that there aren't enough colleagues so panic and have to spend money in overtime to get colleagues who aren't off to jump onto other departments.
