      Pros

      nice view all day - right by the ocean. people were nice (i've heard discrepancies on this though). union dynamics are interesting and challenging

      Cons

      anti-social hours (dont expect much time w/ kids or friends - this is a 24/7 industry; and so its more a life style than a career) however, they often give 3 day weekends, which mitigates the time you'll spend at work. you wont hear much directly from senior mgmt, but some ppl like that.

      Company was going from a portfolio owner to an operating company and had many of the challenges you might reasonably expect on that journey
