      Get to learn how to deal with a tough union and large scale operation.

      Cons

      -No work life balance. Corporate tell you that you are expected to work 40 hour weeks and that you are paid based on those hours. Local management at the Elizabeth NJ location expects you to work 60 hours a week. -Very little chance of advancement unless you are one of the boys -Poor training and managment -This is by far the worst location to work for this company. Stay away from NJ. -Very high turnover

      Good Environment, huge carrier opportunities, great social conditions, avarage salary, constant trainning

      Cons

      Hard working duty, less time for family, much concentration required, deal with plenty different people in different level which turns sometimes a bit complicated in some circunstances
