      Interesting work experiences. Provides for a challenging environment. Good team and lots of opportunities to try new things and develop new methods to improve the business.

      Cons

      operation works 24/7 and can sometimes make work-life balance hard. Senior management doesn't always cascade information down about what the direction of the company should be.

      - Company promotes from within. - Opportunities abroad and domestic in multiple sister-companies. - Annual review criteria are clearly defined

      Cons

      - Lower level operations promotions require location-specific knowledge. If you want to change locations you almost have to make a lateral or backwards move. If you want to be promoted you have to stay at one location to move up the chain. - Company seems to give preference to legacy employees over 1st generation employees.
