Pay that’s about it, and learning how to deal with union labor

Cons

Poor upper management, unqualified people in powerful positions, people are praised for poor performance and favoritism, Union is difficult to deal with and you are squeezed by management to perform with external factors out of your control. Work life balance is non existent.

Get to learn how to deal with a tough union and large scale operation.

Cons

-No work life balance. Corporate tell you that you are expected to work 40 hour weeks and that you are paid based on those hours. Local management at the Elizabeth NJ location expects you to work 60 hours a week. -Very little chance of advancement unless you are one of the boys -Poor training and managment -This is by far the worst location to work for this company. Stay away from NJ. -Very high turnover
