      Can't say I have many cons. Some managers in some regions need to slow down and listen to their employees.

      Pros

      The people that you work with are great and you get to know lots other people from different locations though US and the World.

      Cons

      I just feel that pay is not enough for the amount of work you do. The pay scale system is not good at. For example: if you apply for a internal position with in ADP and you get hired you will only get 20% pro rated salary increase. But if you apply for the same position but your not employed by ADP and get hired by ADP you will make more money then the internal person.
