      Pros

      Family atmosphere, tight knit group of employees. Good benefits package

      Cons

      Overworked, understaffed. Lots of miscommunication or lack of communication between Management to its associates. Political agendas all around. If you're not a "yes" person and go against the grain, then your window of opportunity has closed. They preached open honest professional feedback, but when it comes to hearing and accepting it, that it pushed the other way. Management has lack of time (overloaded with side projects) to really develop their own staff.

      Pros

      Great name recognition in the marketplace. Leading edge solutions (for complex needs). Great people. Strong initial training.

      Cons

      While initial training is strong, very little time spent from management to help you grow. Numbers are expected very quickly. Challenging industry with a lot of competition. Comp plans seem to get ratchetted down every year. "What have you done for me lately" culture. Be sure you understand the culture before accepting a position.
