      Pros

      Good employees can rise quickly within the ranks. High profile clients lead to great experiences. Lots of cooperation between employees in the trenches.

      Cons

      Employee headcount shrinkage causing remaining employees to be overworked and not have enough time to service clients well Restructure of Bonus plan removed travel differentials and shrunk bonuses. Abuse by Sr Management of Resource Managers, Implementation Managers and Project Managers eventually trickles down to the rank and file. Not sympathetic to health issues that could be caused by increased workload and travel demands.

      great opportunity to work with a great sales team awesome training program ability to make a decent amount of money

      very clicky not easy to work your way up the ranks unless people like you low base compared to other competitors
