      Pros

      International environment, sharing the same struggles makes it easier to bond with peers

      Cons

      The product is not working but given that is a public company they still have to bring results, which is mainly on the managers responsibility which leads them to micromanagement (given also their incompetency). Very high turnover and low morale on the floor, bad place to be in terms of mental health. Avoid it.

      Pros

      Overall a good company if you compare to local companies in Spain. Depending on your role and team the salaries and workload can differ. ADP has done a pretty good job during the pandemic, providing extra bonus and allowances to the employees.

      Cons

      Outdated products and processes, difficult integration between products. Same issues exist after several years. Difficult to reset client´s expectation from Sales process to Implementation.
