ADP is an American company which here in barcelona is one of the best experiences I have so far. They offer competitive base salary and the bonus structure is very motivating too. When you perform well you can really earn good money as a sales rep. They also offer extra benefits such as discount for glasses and contact lenses, private health and life insurance etc. The atmosphere in the office is really friendly and everyone is really helpful. Managers trust their employees and they give freedom to do things your way, there is also no problem if you need to take a day working from home in some circumstances etc, I would say there is a lot of flexibility from the manager side (obviously if you do your work fair). The sales department has been transferred to we work office that is a co working space which organise events almost everyday for all companies that is a good way to meet people after work and have some free beer or sangria with them. The location of the office is also great, in cool @22 district of BCN. Also the onboarding and trainings provided by ADP is something outstanding. I would recommend to everyone who is ambitious, persistent and want to grow in sales area having one of the best trainers to coach them.
Cons
There are no many disadvantages I can think of but maybe it would be nice to have scheduled working from home for example once a week. Would be good to have possibility to be paid in 12 instalments instead of 14 ( extra payment in June and December). More company events with ADP offices, not only we work events ( which are cool anywya and is more an advice than disadvantage).
