Pros

- Well known brand - Must have type of product/service, not just a nice to have - International environment

Cons

- Low salaries compared to the market and the seniority of the people hired - Unskilled top management (Sales department), from who you won't learn much - Toxic culture where rewards & "fun" only come with overachievement - there's no room for anything else than numbers, even during a ramp up period. No interest whatsoever from the upper management in the people, and in making the workplace somewhere you feel valued and happy to go to every morning

Pros

In 2024 getting hight adjustable tables Nice colleagues Stability

Cons

Low flexibility and trust of employees. ADP is now installing a geolocation tracking app on employees PCs. Rather basic benefit package lacking behind industry standard. 3 days working from the office. Very top down culture. No company event apart from yearly Christmas party and very hard to get budget for team buildings, etc. C suit is quite conservative

Pros

There is absolutely no positive thing I can think of other of how fast I managed to escape when I decided to quit after 5 years

Cons

I worked 5 years at ADP and I was doing the job of 3 roles in 1, which lead me to a critical burnout. Lots of people around me were the same. From moment 1 I didn’t get any guidance and help at my job, I had to learn everything myself. There was no help from management in my escalations (which are normal in a prj manager life) so basically i was struggling alone with bad attitude clients. Sales was selling payroll packages to clients with unrealistic outcomes so in implementation we were told to fix the clients expectations. Direct manager totally absent. We were forced to come back to the office after the pandemic only to stay there in non stop calls. The pay is not competitive either, so overall, a company I would never recommend to anyone.
