      401k Employer Match Warning

      Pros

      ADP contributes to you 401k however.....

      Cons

      If you leave or are terminated before you have worked a full 3 years, you will lose every penny of the employer match which is more likely than not due to the high turnover.

      Terrible experience

      Pros

      Stand up desks and community service.

      Cons

      What isn't wrong with this micro-managed call center that they pretend is not a call center. They sell you on work life balance and flexible schedules, which is not the case. They are aware of the problems and ask for honest feedback but refuse to make any changes. Morale is terrible and the management could care less.

      Beware of National Accounts

      Pros

      Decent work/life balance unless your on the technical side where there are many product outages that will impact this.

      Cons

      The business is in real financial trouble with no clear strategy. Layoffs occur 3-4 times per year consistently in all departments. Clients are not very happy (thus many are leaving) and being client facing is a brutal role. The environment is becoming more and more toxic and now we are seeing some of our best senior leaders leave which makes me wonder what the future holds.
