Pros

You get a great benefits package like you would at any corporation of this size. ADP helps contribute towards your 401K and also your HSA, score! There's a free gym here on campus, there's a cafeteria on campus which is great when you forget your lunch, every employee gets a desk that allows you to adjust the height to stand/sit at will, which is awesome! They have ping pong rooms and other areas where you can sit with your friends and take a break which is nice. Also each break room has a TV playing HGTV which I love! The building has great views of Tempe Beach Park, the palm trees, access to Mill Ave, access to free parking at public garage on Mill Ave for the night if needed. The people I work with are smart, motivated, and have positive energy.

Cons

Please see note below regarding "Advice to Management". In addition to that, the cons are that it took ADP 5 months to give me access to all the programs I needed in order to do my job. Why weren't the programs pre-requested within a week of my acceptance of the offer letter? Also, the trainings were not relevant and just became one of those pointless "check this off your list so we can say we did it but it really has no purpose to your development" type of thing. Several of us on my team were left with nothing to do after trainings so it was this weird in between phase where you're done with training but your programs and software are not setup yet, so you're left in this boring holding pattern for about 2 months job shadowing without any real hands-on practice.

Pros

Big company name on resume and hmmmmmm there is a ping pong table in the break room if that counts?

Cons

Where do I begin?? Horrible management team in Denver - everyone in leadership is unqualified and micromanages from behind rather than leading from the front. "Do as I say, not as I do." Goofball, frat boy culture that is appropriate if you are a 23 year old male, not a professional salesperson. There is a revolving door - turnover is extremely high. Low employee morale office wide. Little training/development due to unqualified leadership and having 40+ reps - be ready to learn on your own. Oh, and your manager will probably be 25 years old... Corporate politics are at their finest here - the way to move up in the Denver office isn't to be a top producer. Your time would be better spent brown nosing with the leadership (one person in particular) and embracing the infantile culture.

Pros

Nice facility, benefits, Waterside district

Cons

Senior leadership is not transparent, you are labeled (branding) I started off thinking this would be a great place to work but that quickly changed. There is no training in ANY departments but you are expected to learn your role and be successful. If not, you will be fired with no regret. All the other locations were closed and everything came to Norfolk but training sucks. You spend your day trying to find answers. Managers are not given the help they need to help their teams so they too are stressed and confused. The roles changes and more responsibilities were placed on employees and we were told to just accept it. I had to work at home EVERY day after work to try to catchup so there is no worklife balance. ADP asks new people to take these surveys when they first start, when its 'happy times' but once we go through the useless training, we see the real picture. I use to recommend people to ADP but I would not recommend anyone going to ADP because everyone keeps leaving so everyone continues to be new so who are the resources? I was warned from a friend in another state that the company was chaotic. I should have listened. My friend still there has been there for 6 months and is leaving soon. All my friends that left said it was the vest decision and I agree. If you really want to know about the company, don't read the reviews, ask an employee.
