ADP Implementation Project Manager II reviews

No formal training!!! I've worked in a number of positions and departments at ADP and training is always an issue. Training consists of sitting with tenured associates and learn 5 different ways to perform one function. This often leads to client dissatisfaction and frustrated employees. I've heard it time and time again across several departments. This frustration has been expressed over and over to management to no avail. Often times the manager doesn't know the job either so they can't help. I can go on and on but you get the picture. I enjoy what I do, but we work harder and not smarter. I leave irritated most days due to some of our backwards processes and lack of effort on leaderships part to help in changing this problem. All they care about is getting the bonus. They could care less about employee happiness and what it took to get there or client satisfaction.
