      Pros

      The management team at ADP is very helpful. The teams were also amazing, everyone was friendly and ready and willing to help each other out.

      Cons

      In my department, they had us doing work other parts of the department should be doing, which left us with less time to take care of our accounts and really effected morale.

      Pros

      Lot's of layoffs free people from this prison.

      Cons

      I worked in the Jacksonville,FL office. Pay was very poor based on skills and experience. Pay increases never outpaced the cost of living so you bring home less and less every year. ZERO work/life balance as they believe your work should be your life. I heard one director say that if they can't find 50 hours a week work of work then he'd find some for them. You have to report to multiple PM's Resource Managers and Implementation Managers, all of whom have no time for you unless they need something from you. It's an overall extremely hostile work environment where physical fights have broken out on more than one occasion. About once a month the ambulance comes because someone has a heart attack, panic attack or nervous breakdown.
