Pros

I absolutely love my job here at ADP! Of course at any job it is going to require you to work hard so as long as you are willing to put in the work, you will succeed. Management is very supportive and they send encouraging/success related emails when you reach certain goals/handle clients effectively. You also have a supportive team - whenever you have questions you can ask someone else in your specific role, a technical lead, a mentor, or your direct management. I can say that I never worked at a location where the manager of your team sits with you and has a desk near yours. Also - the head manager is also easily accessible and leaves the door open if you have ANY questions, concerns, or you just want to say hello! The benefits and pay are great & there is hope for a lot of opportunity here. Once again - you get what you put in. You have opportunity for growth and possible travel - I was sent out of town for training and enjoyed every moment of it! This location is considered a "OneADP" Location which means it contains multiple roles for ADP under one roof. You can be in service, sales, implementation, enterprise learning, and so much more. Being a part of the OneADP location also means there is a gym, cafeteria, Starbucks, game room, and a focus room (zen room) if you need it.

Cons

Of course there are "cons" to every career you choose but I don't really have much to say negative. My only thing would be to have training that isn't mostly virtual and to possibly have test clients to help you learn your role better or increase your talk tracks with clients.

Pros

ADP is an amazing company to work for. They are very inclusive of everyone that works here. From the beginning of the hiring process, everyone has been incredibly helpful at making sure I felt at home with ADP. It truly feels like they care about their associates, not just the bottom line. The managers actually listen to the associates and want them to succeed. If an associate has a problem, managers are more than willing to assist with coming up with a solution. Outstanding place to work!

Cons

The training could have been a little better, but it's a large company and hard to tailor it to individual wants and needs.
