They give yearly bonuses. Good HR department.

Cons

I worked with a very dysfunctional group. Too much gossip and backstabbing going on.

Free coffee, decent benefits (401K, PTO, Employee discounts)

Cons

Understaffed, little to no recognition for your work, your voice is not heard, takes a long time to advance (minimum is 18 months), hard to advance into a job you want.
