Caring management and benefits. Consistent paychecks

Cons

9-530 schedule, but calls often run late forcing you to stay until 6pm or later. $20 an hour isn’t terrible, but definitely not the best

Great place to work, great people great pay

Cons

The majority of employees want to work from home after Covid. They finally made a decision to allow three days in the office two days at home however, they are still very inconsistent with this depending on the department you are in.
