Pros

- Great people (i.e., top performers with rich backgrounds, caring) - Hypergrowth context which I find particularly energising (e.g., New 360Learners join every week) - Interesting mission (i.e., we are not saving the world but still contributing positively) - Unique culture: low authority, based on asynchronous communication (ie.., ideal for introverts) - Great office (in Paris at least) - Good work life balance (i.e., remote, flexible hours) - Competitive salaries

Cons

- Low authority / no management = your are directly responsible for your scope, outputs and added value. This can be quite stressful for people who are not willing to put enough energy in the job (i.e., who would rather follow direct orders on a daily / weekly basis)

Pros

You own your scope. Nobody will tell you how to do. Every employee is an expert and is truly empowered. After creating my own company I couldn't imagine a better place for me.

Cons

I don't see any as of yet.

Pros

The most notable (for employee) thing at 360Learning is its culture, which is called Convexity and based on holacracy. This is a place where everyone can take an initiative and make an impact on the product we develop. We don't have managers, we have Scopes, in which we are free to choose tools and ways to reach the goals. Those goals come from company vision and mission. Also, we have KPI/OKR for each team and individual deployed lately, so now it's even more clear where we are going. Also, we have a lot of cool things like Remote Work, Clean Code seminars, HackerRank afternoons on Fridays to test new techs and so on. Really inspiring place to work!

Cons

Current office is very cool, but little bit small in terms of our growth.
