      Pros

      - The culture, not for everyone, but if you fit you'll want to stay forever - The team, awesome colleagues with an impact mindset - The trajectory : the company managed to reach break-even without any RIFs and is still growing 20%+. 2026-2027 is going to be exciting

      - Transparency can be a bit overwhelming

      Pros

      - Great people (i.e., top performers with rich backgrounds, caring) - Hypergrowth context which I find particularly energising (e.g., New 360Learners join every week) - Interesting mission (i.e., we are not saving the world but still contributing positively) - Unique culture: low authority, based on asynchronous communication (ie.., ideal for introverts) - Great office (in Paris at least) - Good work life balance (i.e., remote, flexible hours) - Competitive salaries

      Cons

      - Low authority / no management = your are directly responsible for your scope, outputs and added value. This can be quite stressful for people who are not willing to put enough energy in the job (i.e., who would rather follow direct orders on a daily / weekly basis)
