      Pros

      I've been at 360Learning for only a couple of months, but the induction and onboarding was very comprehensive. I feel like I know the company and product very well, and my scope and objectives are clear. I am motivated by all the talented colleagues I interact with every day!

      Cons

      The company is growing fast, and we have teams in the US and UK now. However, being based in France, it's hard for me to get a good feel of what's going on in those markets.

      I've been part of this adventure since a bit more than 2 years now. Sooo interesting to see how the organization changed together with the market, the targets and how the culture evolved.
