Pros

360Learning is the best employer I've worked for in my 27 year career. - Awesome remote work culture - great people, highly engaging -In a dynamic market. - management is approachable, strategic and engaged. - Killer SaaS learning platform. - Competitive pay.

Cons

Not many cons. But 360Learning is not for everyone. If you don't like autonomy, few meetings and independent work that requires you to think, write, collaborate and then DO, it is not the place for you.

Pros

- Solid relationship with manager (coach). Weekly video check-ins and continuous feedback. On a clear plan for promotion. She takes feedback well. - I'm a self-starter who finds information easily on Trello. But, if something is missing, anyone here is happy to answer my questions via a ping. We also have our L&D team continuously improving internal knowledge management. - Not an excess amount of meetings and pings, so I can work flexible remote hours, but at the same time, I don't feel isolated. There are regular team meetings and folks welcome informal "coffee chats". Repeatable solutions are a value, so it doesn't feel competitive here. - The product is genuinely cool and meaningful to talk about all the time. - Transparency around salary and promotion are unmatched.

Cons

- This is a startup, so growth and change are constant. I have needed to be adaptable and flexible. Not for everyone. - Diversity (particularly race and gender across leadership) is a growth area, but there are efforts in place. Time will tell if the efforts pay off. - Every once in a while, someone joins and doesn't like to work as asynchronously as we do. I suggest every candidate find out as much as possible about Convexity before joining. We are challenging the traditional way of working, but our main focus is collaboration, so asynchronous does not mean that we are not highly collaborative. (A misconception!)

Pros

Everyone who works here is very nice and highly motivated. It's fun to work at a place that is doing well with a growing team. Our platform is really slick and it has product/market fit. Education and training are prioritized. We operate on quarterly OKRs and everyone is hyper-focused on them; if a project falls out of your OKRs, you can deprioritize it and plan it for another quarter. Planning is huge here and management is very thoughtful about workloads.

Cons

The Convexity culture is asynchronous, which may not be for everyone. We rely heavily on written communication—which is not a con for me, but it's a consideration for any candidate looking to join.
