Pros

360Learning is a place to break into tech and get the experience you need. You work at a somewhat dysfunctional company, where management does't care about you as a person and sets unrealistic sales goals that the organization and individuals rarely achieve. But the pay is decent and the flexibility/"your work your way" policy is top notch.

Cons

Cannot recommend the enterprise sales team there as there is not product market fit, no true sales methodology, terrible management, and no real outbound process to generate leads when the leads the company provides fall short. In general, everything is aimed at the mid-market level.

Thank you for writing a review and I'm sorry to hear that was your experience. While we hope never at the expense of benevolence, 360Learners strongly focus on performance and set high goals for ourselves. We believe this has allowed us to build a high-performing team and lean into the culture of flexibility you mention, bringing our core value of Your Life Your Way to life. I still hope that you learned a few tricks during your time with us. Like any high-growth company, we're learning fast and making progress along the way. I would be very happy to dig a little further in person and understand where things could have been better as it seems you experienced your time here very differently than others.

Awful teamwork

Pros

No micromanagement across the team

Cons

The asynchronous culture is synonymous with "don't ask questions", which is very frustrating as a new person. All info lives in Trello, so unless you have good understanding of the tool, you will struggle immensely. Additionally, a lot of info in Trello is outdated or borderline impossible to find. Since questions are forbidden, you'll likely spend hours searching for information. Rather than changing the tool (which few like) they are more keen to fire people or blame them for not being asynchronous learners. Internal email is also a no go, so don't expect to use basic tools for communication Lack of team culture. Everyone is out for themselves and at no point did I feel truly welcomed from anyone. No transparency - they are in massive firing stage with no warning so that has obliterated team morale

Hey there. Thanks for your review. I hope I'm not reading this wrong but I suspect your onboarding was a disappointment to you. Our Convexity framework isn't for everyone and relies on a set of self-serve practices that make it possible for individuals to achieve high performance autonomously. People that are not comfortable working asynchronously or who are used to being managed closely on a day-to-day basis will not thrive at 360Learning. Others love it. We generally do a good job making it clear at the recruitment stage and if not the onboarding is here to continue the process. We'll take your valuable feedback to our team and discuss it internally. However, I can guarantee that 1. questions are welcome during onboarding, 2. we are full-speed hiring at the moment and 3. we are gradually shifting away from Trello as you have a point there 😅. Please feel free to reach out for a chat if you'd like.

Pros

The compensation and employee benefits.

Cons

Worst onboarding experience I’ve ever had. Two weeks of reading through Trello at lightening speed with very little face to face time. Was advised to ‘catch up’ at the weekend within the first week. Found little alignment of processes and strategy across teams. Working through Trello is a very outdated and slow process, halts progress.

Thanks for writing a review. I am sorry to hear you had a bad experience with our onboarding. We go to great lengths to improve it whenever possible and we collect a lot of feedback, resulting in an NPS above 60 measured after 3 days, after 2 weeks, and after 2 months. There is more self-guided learning than one would expect at your typical organization but also plenty of opportunities to connect and ask questions. I would love it if you could take the time to reach out to me for a chat and tell me more about your experience. Nicholas
