      Convexity takes time to adapt to Process is a lot but slowly improving and simplifying Disconnect with some teams in EU make it a challenge in NA

      - The culture, not for everyone, but if you fit you'll want to stay forever - The team, awesome colleagues with an impact mindset - The trajectory : the company managed to reach break-even without any RIFs and is still growing 20%+. 2026-2027 is going to be exciting
