Pros

The Convexity culture is everything a Software Engineer can dream of: - focus on the Impact => ship big impactful features rather than small re-designs - Low Authority and High Accountability => your team decides what is best and owns successes (and failures too) - Your Life Your Way => you can organize as you want, and work from where you want as long as you do the job

Cons

The strong decentralized culture in the Engineering comes with drawbacks too: - the coaching is done by devs to each others - => the problem is that some great devs are also great coaches, but not all of them
