      Asynchronous work at its finest

      Pros

      Flexible working hours with an asynchronous approach to work. No meetings for the sake of meetings, with a high level of accountability. Great management with clear paths to success. There are constant feedback loops, so you always know what area you can improve on.

      Cons

      High accountability means there is no place to hide when quotas are not met. You own your own work, and your own metrics. If that is not what you are looking for, this may not be the place for you.

      Pros

      - Asynchronous working culture promotes working from anywhere and any timezone - Transparency means, as a PM, I can find any data or information I need to validate something or to help shift priorities somewhere else - High accountability means my wins are celebrated and my team owns my scope

      Cons

      - Sometimes it can be a bit hard working on the East Coast of the US with a team in Europe as there isn't that much overlap

      Thank you for your review! Yes, working an east coast schedule with a European teammate means that synchronous communication and collaboration will typically need to happen before 12 PM ET. Luckily, we have strong systems in place for asynchronous work via Trello and G-suite to support this issue.
