Wellhub Business Development Representative (BDR) interview questions

The process took a month. I've heard from the recruiter about 2 weeks after applying and scheduled my first round the next week. There are 3 rounds of interviews about 30-45 minutes each (2 virtual and final in person) plus 2-3 reference checks. All rounds went super well. You'll speak with the recruiter, a sales manager, and then the sales executive. They were all pleasant to speak with. It's great to highlight your contributions and achievements in previous sales/business dev roles or something similar, show how well-rounded you'd be by explaining the value you'll bring to Gympass and how you'll do that ( show your personality, mention aspirations that'll align with the company, and not come off salesy), and make sure your responses are well thought out and articulate. Remember to treat the interview like a conversation, but remain professional of course.
