An HR representative contacted me directly via LinkedIn, asking for my contacts for a phone screen, which they scheduled for the following week. A week after the call, I contacted the person, and she said they were still screening candidates, and asked me to wait for their response. More than a month later I am still waiting for their contact. They already posted the position twice on LinkedIn during this time. I find this disrespectful with all candidates, as I believe all of them deserve an answer, either positive or negative. If the HR treat the candidates like this, I may imagine how they treat their employees.
