I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Vodafone (Stoke-on-Trent, England) in May 2018
Interview
So I was called to interview for Vodafone Customer service advisor role at Vodafone Stoke-On-Trent.It turned out that they had not been honest in the advertisement. They had advertised the job to be from Mon-Friday.Only for them to say its actually Monday-Sunday!First shock!Secondly no seats at the reception, most of the interviewees were standing while Vodafone was still preparing for the interview,15 minutes behind schedule! Not to forget the whole place was so dusty, and you could easily get hay fever there, they obviously haven't bother to clean up the dust especially around the waiting area at the reception. And the interview questions is out of place!Like when have you deliver a bad news to somebody?Excuse me!Are we being employed to be a misery maker?Plus they ask you to compose an email to a customer, when they haven't even trained you in their own house style! How are you suppose to know how they like it done! What about their dress code, without being rude or excessively critical, the first lady that attended to us was wearing a leg chain!Although few dressed corporately and smartly at least the mature lady that interviewed me did,but the second one was way too casual, and uninspiring like most of them in their appearances, you will think most of the people working there have come in to work straight from the night club!Or the gym!Smart casual does not mean not to be corporate at all!Lastly my scoring 14/15 on the questions was not enough to be hired!'Lol'.In short the whole process looks like a drama of the absurd.Vodafone you can do better!Far from being impressed! But not bitter, only saying the truth without mincing words, thank you!

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Vodafone in Aug 2015
Interview
I applied online late July, I was one of the lucky ones and I received a telephone interview in August.
My telephone interview was successful and I was asked to come in for a face to face interview.
At the interview was a member of the team and the hiring manager. There was a CV discussion and the interview was very comfortable and there was no trick questions. Just make sure you be yourself and research over Vodafone.
