My first contact was a phone interview with a manager. He asked about my background and knowledge of the company/industry. This was a new industry for me and he was very receptive to that. They followed up with an invitation for an on-site interview, where I met with 5 people. The interviews ranged from talking about yourself to cases that I worked through with the interviewer.

I was recommended internally by a friend who worked at the firm. First round interview was fairly straightforward and consisted mostly of interest and fit questions. About two weeks later I go in for the final round, in which I talked to both analysts and members of senior management. Questions were mainly about fit and motivation, but I was also asked a relatively easy brain teaser and a short case-like economics question. I was then taken out for lunch by one of the higher-uppers.
