Interview
Awkward, they didn't seem like they knew exactly what they were asking let alone what they expected as an answer. The two individuals were nice but it was just awkward.

Interview
Terrible, disrespectful, and unprofessional process. From my moment of first contact with the recruiter to the end of my in-person interviews, it was a horrible experience. They treated me as if I had no other choices in employers. I cannot emphasize enough that folks should stay away from the HR group. Recruiter was late 20 minutes to initial phone screen. Although she apologized, this did not give me a good impression of the company. At the in-person interview, several things happened in this order: the security sign-in procedure was disorganized and took more time than expected; recruiter did not escort me from the reception area to the interview room; the hiring manager had a very distracting, nervous tic. Then, several more persons grilled me at a panel-style interview without any warning whatsoever. I kept my demeanor professional and calm. I now realize that I should've walked out immediately. This was the very opposite of how I was treated at a much larger employer the week before.
