Upwork interview questions

Had one interview with a recruiter who said they would follow up with next steps. When I didn't hear back for about one week, I followed up multiple times and never heard back. This is by far my biggest pet peeve with any process - don't waste your time because they are not respectful of it.

I was contacted by Talent Acquision and the person was very nice and friendly. We really made a connection. Unfortunately, the company is short-sighted and would not consider my diverse background and wanted 5 years with a specific title instead of looking at my 3 years with a title and 10 years of experience in the area of expertise.
