Upwork interview questions

It took six interviews for them to notice I was black and didn't want to move forward. There isn't enough diversity with this company. I've heard they're trying to diversify much more but I'm not sure how true this is.

I was told I was getting the job and even submitted references that were requested. I never heard from them again! I sent follow up emails to the HR recruiter and was told it wasn’t finalized but I was getting the job. I ended up accepting another position with another company. But to this day I never heard back. Very unprofessional!!
